Shadowboxer is a venture studio helping accelerate founders on a mission.
I helped them explore if they should launch in the US and the strategy, operating model and go-to-market plan. We connected with VC’s, accelerators and early-stage founders but decided to put the plan to expand on hold.

Growth and Innovation Director

2017 – June 2022

I was a Growth and Innovation Director within Fjord and the broader Accenture Interactive business. I focused on helping companies grow outside their core by defining their future vision, new areas of value to explore, and proving the value of new ventures to build confidence before they are launched in market.

I created our global experiments process that was used within the organisation to work with the world’s largest organisations. In Australia, this process was used on client such as Treasury Wine Estates, Woolworths, Origin Energy and UBank.

2012 – 2017

As a Strategy Director across London and Melbourne I led a team of 20 and helped clients look at how they can use digital channels to acquire and retain customers, and launch new digital products and services.

Enter New Media (New York)

2010-2011

I worked in New York to a small agency with some big clients. We created a digital product for Vogue to help them access influencers and establish a new revenue stream, and designed a “shop the runway” to help Versace maximise conversions from runway shows.

L’Oréal (Melbourne)

Marketing Manager

2007 – 2010

I was a Marketing and Strategy Manager, responsible for bringing new products to the Australian market. One of my achievements was to help launch Texture Expert to Australia with a 70% repurchase rate in the first 6 months. I also designed and ran the program to help salons be more business savvy, providing them with tools to run and grow their business.
