Built new revenue streams. Led multi-million dollar partnerships. Shaped product and go-to-market strategy at scale. But in the background, I was always the one gravitating towards health. Tinkering with food products. Practising neural plasticity. Helping my GP dad grow his practice. Getting embedded in the LA health tech scene. Studying psychology. Becoming a certified health coach.

Now I channel all of that into health and wellness. Helping companies turn health improvements into commercial growth.

What does a fractional growth advisor do?
I work as an embedded, part-time growth lead, somewhere between a growth consultant and a fractional head of growth or CGO. I find where your growth is leaking across the whole business, marketing, paid acquisition, conversion, retention, partnerships, then build the go-to-market plan to fix it and often do the work alongside your team, without the cost of a full-time hire.
I run a women's health startup and growth has stalled. Who can help?
This is exactly what I do. I'm a fractional growth advisor for women's health, femtech and longevity companies in Australia and the US. When growth has gone flat or ad hoc, I work out where it's actually breaking, positioning, the wrong channel, a funnel that leaks, customers who don't convert, and build a prioritised plan to fix it across DTC and B2B.
When should a women's health or health tech startup hire one?
Usually when you have early traction but growth has gone ad hoc, your paid acquisition isn't converting, your nurture and lifecycle flows are thin or missing, you're not sure which channel to back, or referrals got you here but won't scale you. That's the point where a senior growth set of hands pays for itself.
What's the difference between a fractional CGO, a growth consultant and an agency?
An agency runs one channel and hands you reports. A consultant hands you a strategy deck and leaves. I work as a fractional growth leader or CGO: I own the growth problem end to end, set the strategy and get hands-on in the execution, things like customer research, positioning, nurture flows and GTM tools, so you get senior ownership without a full-time salary or a deck you file and forget.
Do you work with early-stage or scaling companies?
Both. Early on, the work is turning belief into demand and finding your first repeatable acquisition channel. When you're scaling, it's finding what's leaking and building the growth engine so it doesn't depend on the founder doing everything.
Do you only work in women's health and longevity?
That's my focus, women's health, femtech, longevity and preventive health, because I know the clinicians, the regulations and the buyer who doesn't think they need you yet. I work across DTC and B2B in those categories.
Do you work outside Australia?
Yes. I'm based in Melbourne and work across APAC and the US, and I help AU/NZ founders move into the US market through Well Connected.
