  • Move into no alc and e-commerce

    I helped a global wine manufacturer create new digital experience so they can go straight to consumers, that we tested in market. I also helped define how they could move into the no-alc space and what product and experience they should offer to attract Gen Z/Millenials.

  • From placemaking to digital

    Defined 8 new ideas an asset manager could explore to drive new revenue streams, creating experiments to test which one recieved the most traction.

  • Service to improve children's mental health

    Worked with founders to create experiments to prove traction for a new service that supports parents navigate the world of parenting. They’re about to close a pre-seed round of $1.3M

  • Service to reduce household food waste

    An advisor to the founders, helping them to define what problem to solve, product strategy, and who and how to connect with investors to pitch for funding.

  • LVLY growth strategy

    I consulted to LVLY to help them define and test new ways to grow their business; via new geographies and product offerings. They were recently acquired for $35 million.

  • New digital product testing

    Helped a large grocery retailer define and test new digital products in market that would attract and engage primary grocery buyers, and be another channel outside of their loyalty offer that can drive traffic to their physical and digital stores.

  • Policy to save $400m a year

    4.5 million deeds and 3.8 million statutory declarations are physically signed each year by small and medium firms, which equates to a cost of about $400m. Whilst moving to digital identity verification is the obvious and simple solution, it required contextualising the challenge through the eyes of humans (such as lawyers and small business owners) and sizing the financial burden of enforcing the current process, to help drive the case for change.

  • Web 3 product and NFT strategy

    Superlocal is a social network that lets you earn crypto and NFTs when you go to places. You check in, submit your post, and earn real rewards. I worked closely with the founder to help them build their product and NFT strategy.
